Manufacturing Process – From Design to Dispatch
Product Development & Engineering
Design and manufacturing of tools and dies, including 3D modelling, production optimisation, and functional validation.
Tool Design & Toolmaking
Design of parts and assemblies including 3D modelling, manufacturing optimization and functional testing.
High-Pressure Die Casting (Al, Zn)
Manufacturing of aluminium and zinc alloy castings by high-pressure die casting, including post-casting finishing, deburring, shot blasting and robotic grinding.
Steel Stamping
Manufacturing of steel stampings and long stamped profiles with a maximum length of up to 2500 mm.
Surface Treatments
Galvanic zinc plating with passivation and powder coating in all RAL colour shades.
Assembly & Final Completion
Assembly of components on single-purpose and specialized automated machines. Packaging according to customer requirements.
Development of Locking Mechanisms
Development and engineering of locking systems for both branded and custom products.
Strong focus on functionality, security and precise integration into the final product.
